Taylor Reynolds is an interior designer whose work centers on materiality, function, and feeling — shaping homes that respond to how people actually live. Her practice is grounded in observation, thoughtful process, and a preference for spaces that feel layered, personal, and lived-in.
Taylor’s early design sensibilities were shaped by the homes around her. Her maternal grandparents lived in Paris during the early years of their marriage, fostering an appreciation for collected furnishings, while her grandfather’s lifelong travels filled his home with pieces gathered over time. Her paternal grandparents moved their family of seven frequently, and her grandmother approached each house as an opportunity to create a sense of home, investing in fine furnishings and custom details. She was equally influenced by her neighbor and family friend, Kendra, whose instinct for integrating newly found pieces created spaces that felt warm and collected.
With a background in UX/UI design, Taylor brings a clear understanding of flow, usability, and structure to her interior work. Her approach is guided by close attention to light, material, and existing elements within a home, often incorporating antiques and found pieces alongside more contemporary elements.
Collaboration is central to her practice. Taylor works closely with clients within a clear, structured process that provides guidance and momentum while leaving room for reflection and adjustment. The result is a cohesive whole — spaces that feel intuitive, functional, and personal.
Based in the Philadelphia area, Taylor works with clients on projects of varying scope and is always happy to begin with a conversation.
Outside of her design work, Taylor is a collector by nature and rarely without a project — gathering shells and rocks, experimenting with new materials, and always making something.
